NEW FILM IN PRODUCTION
University of New Haven Students Gearing Up to Produce Short Film She Walks Alone for 2026
West Haven, CT – The University of New Haven’s Advanced Film Production course has officially selected a short film project to be developed by six students during the Spring semester. The film, titled She Walks Alone, is a drama/existential horror film that tells the story of a mysterious young woman as she tries to find her place in the world. Over multiple decades, she wanders the world from place to place on a spiritual journey, forming unsettling connections with those who have found their purpose in life.
In a statement from the film’s director, Sean Green, “As the director for this film, I plan to tell an uncanny yet deeply human story that explores the themes of desperation while finding a purpose.” Green continued, “This story is a passion project of mine, and I am deeply honored to have the opportunity to work with my talented crew in order to bring it to life.”
